President Snow is back with another message for the citizens of Panem. After the first 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' teaser video hit the airwaves, showing us Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) seemingly siding with the tyrannical Snow (Donald Sutherland), a new presidential address has debuted -- before ultimately getting hijacked by the rebels.

If you've seen 'Catching Fire,' then you know Peeta and Johanna (Jena Malone) were two of the ones left behind after the rebels extracted Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) and the tributes from the latest arena, and now she's seen in this new 'Mockingjay' teaser standing beside President Snow. You can just feel her hatred for the man growing inside of her. Thankfully, Beetee, that tech-savvy tribute portrayed by Jeffrey Wright, hijacked the transmission to deliver a message: "The Mockingjay lives!"

The final film in the 'Hunger Games' series will be split into two (you know how Hollywood likes to get the most bang for their buck), and 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1' will kick off with Katniss Everdeen/The Mockingjay arriving at the lost District 13 to lead the rebellion against The Capitol.

Though Lionsgate is using President Snow's addresses to market the film, they actually play a part in the story. As the wave of rebellion slowly overtakes the districts, Snow sporadically releases propaganda messages to his citizens, but the rebels are nearly always there to hijack the airwaves and deliver the truth.

'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1' will hit theaters this November 21, while 'Part 2' will commence on November 20, 2015.
