The Mystery Of The Mysterious Helicopter On Fort Sill Has Been Solved

A couple weeks ago, we posted a picture of a helicopter located around the north side of Fort Sill. Keith Pannell who serves as Media Relations Officer of Fort Sill contacted us shortly after we published the story and gave an explanation of the mysterious helicopter.

“It is a decommissioned UH-1 Huey that the students in the NCOA sometimes use for different training events (like rescuing fellow soldiers from a crashed helicopter). Other units also use the Huey for training purposes.” – Keith Pannell
