We love movies here at TheFW. But we love more are mash-ups. We found these sweet movie mash-up posters that get us to wondering "what if?"

Thanks to a post on Reddit, we were treated to a handful of posters featuring some fairly recent films. Sit back, grab some popcorn and take a look at the movies we'd probably be watching in some alternate dimension.

Alien Age 3

Sure, we love the prehistoric critters from 'Ice Age,' but if you threw a Xenomorph from the 'Aliens' series into the mix, wouldn't things get a whole lot more interesting? Adding some googly CGI eyes to the alien would probably help it look a little more sympathetic, don't you think?

The Rise of the Planet of the Snapes

A planet overrun with Alan Rickman as Professor Snape? This would probably be, hands down, the best apocalypse ever. We can just hear the drawling, sarcastic tones of everyone's favorite Potions Master.

Rango Swan

A mash-up of 'Rango' and 'Black Swan' is just crazy enough that it could work. If nothing else, we'd love to see Johnny Depp play a lizard who's also a tortured ballerina.

No Country for Superman

Admittedly, we don't know how well this mash-up would do. But the named flowed so well that we ended up not caring too much.

Inglorious Wizerds

'Inglorious Wizerds' is probably our favorite movie on this entire list. Just imagine Harry Potter and the crew, tearing through Nazi-occupied France in the '40s and laying down all kinds of magical justice. It certainly wins for the most badass-looking poster too!

I Am McLovin

This movie would probably the most tragic on our list. Poor McLovin, doom to forever wander the earth without getting to third base.

Carl Fredrickson in The Aviator

He may not be Howard Hughes, but Carl from 'Up' would make a fine aviator. He's already sort of a shut-in and flies around the skies in his house. So really, he's got two qualities that are perfect for the role.
