When life throws you a tough quest, the destination isn't nearly as important as the journey. That's the lesson being taught here. We're peeking in at a training session at The Cave of Adullam Transformational Training Academy. A place dedicated to making an impact on the lives of at-risk children in Detroit. It's a center where young men are taught life lessons, and how to deal with life's problems through both faith and discipline through martial arts.

After years of studying and teaching martial arts, CATTA founder Jason Wilson had an epiphany. 'How a martial artist can be a black belt in a dojo, but stay a white belt in life?' So he set off to mentor young men emotionally, as well as teach them physical disciplines. Think of him as a real life Mr. Miagi. Finding your center, everything is balance type of stuff.

The CATTA YouTube channel is full of wholesome moments like this. It would definitely be worth a subscribe.
