USA Women Advance In World Cup With Exciting Win Over # 1 Brazil

I got up around 10am this morning to make breakfast and get ready to watch what I thought was going to be the USA Womens Soccer teams last game in the 2011 Women World Cup .

I put on my American Flag T-shirt, make some pancakes and settle in for what I thought was going to be a LONG DAY for the USA Women's Soccer Team. As the pregame started the announcers mentioned that today what the anniversary of the USA winning the 1999 Women's World Cup and at that moment I began to believe that we had a chance ! It's the anniversary, it was a Sunday and it was time for another biblical upset of David vs Goliath. USA got off to a 1-0 lead and all was looking great till Brazil came storming back to take a 2-1 lead (With the help of the Refs) then when it was lookin bleak "BOOM"  we  tied it with a magnificent, leaping header in the 122nd minute and sent it into penelty kicks where in the USA won 5-3 ! Does this assure the USA the world cup ? NO but with # 1 Brazil out and # 2 Germany out the path does get easier ! On the the semi finals to play France and say it with me folks USA ! USA ! USA !
