Valiant Hearts: The Great War Trailer: Unsung Heroes

Ubisoft has revealed the release date and the newest trailer for their World War I-inspired game, Valiant Hearts: The Great War.

Valiant Hearts will be a 2D animated comic adventure developed by Ubisoft Montpellier that focuses on five main characters: Emile, Karl, Freddie, Anna and a canine compaion named Walt. You'll witness these characters' stories as you help them solve puzzles and sneak across enemy lines during the Great War.

Players will be able to dive into the story, which is based on historical events and sites such as the Battle of the Marne and the Battle of the Somme on the Western Front, and fight through the trenches all while learning about World War I. This is shaping up to be one gorgeous 2D puzzle-adventure game.

Download Valiant Hearts: The Great War when it's released on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on June 25, 2014.
