Vince Neil Faces August Trial

 Vince Neil of Motley Crue will face trial August 8 for poking his ex-girlfriend. 

Neil faces battery and disorderly conduct charges for allegedly poking the chest of Alicia Jacobs and cursing and poking at two of her friends at a Las Vegas casino in March.

He could get up to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty. His lawyer says Neil looks forward to his day in court.
