Motley Crue singer Vince Neil plans to humble himself before a judge and plead guilty.  Vince will pay a $1,000 fine and will avoid a trial which could have been worse.   This all stems from the allegations that he poked his ex-girlfriend last March at a resort in Vegas.

Neil's defense attorney David Chesnoff stated ""the more serious misdemeanor charge of battery  constituting domestic violence will be dropped."  This will take place when Neil enters his plea next Monday in Justice Court of Las Vegas.  The attorney went on to say Neil is sorry that he raised his voice.

Could this be the beginning of a turn around for the 50 year old singer?  Time will tell.
