Volbeat Steps Into The Studio At Rocklahoma To Talk With Z94! [AUDIO]

Z94 had the opportunity to sit down with Michael Poulsen of Volbeat for an interview from 'Radio Row' here at Rocklahoma 2012 They're set to play the 'Hard Rock' stage tonight around 9:45pm I'm really looking forward to seeing them, I'm a fan of Volbeat but until now I've never seen them live in concert. You can bet I'll be front row and center for this one! If like myself you're anxiously waiting for some new Volbeat we might not have to wait much longer.

During the interview we spoke about the possibilities of a new album after wrapping up the Summer tours and festivals. They continue to support the latest disk 'Beyond Hell / Above Heaven' released back in 2010 Once they get off the road they plan to return to the studios to begin working on the new project. Which means we could see the new album out sometime next Spring, Summer 2013

Being from Copenhagen, Denmark the heat of S.W. Oklahoma is something new to the band, but despite what that moody bitch Mother Nature decides to do Volbeat came to play. They welcomed the short break from the heat to kick back, relax, hang out and talk with us about all things Volbeat.
