Weatherford Wildcatters Make a Touching Tribute Video for Oil Workers [VIDEO]

Amidst the long hours and brutal work, it can be hard to keep up moral in the oil field. One worker took it upon himself to aim for that goal, creating this touching video.

Being from this state, with deep family roots in West Texas and SW Oklahoma, I've got a couple of cousins in the oilfields. From Weatherford, OK to Weatherford, TX, the work is always hard and full of pain.

When you do finally get to see those family members, it's hard to watch their kids ask "how long are you home for?" It's pretty heartbreaking. And as much as they try to explain to their kids and wives why they must be away so much, it's hard to watch as their words just don't always sink in.
