A couple weeks back Wednesday 13 revealed details about their upcoming album Condolences, set to be released June 2. Check out the video for the track "What the Night Brings" above. Now the band has revealed that they'll be hitting the road in support of the disc shortly after it drops.

The "Condolences Across America" tour launches June 16 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and wraps up just over a month later in Seattle, Wash. Support bands for the trek include Once Human and Gabriel and the Apocalypse. Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 7.

As to the sound of Condolences, in an interview with Creative Loafing Wednesday 13 says it may be his darkest and heaviest yet. "The campiness is kind of gone off of this record," he reveals. "It's definitely heavier, and definitely the best produced sounding thing I think I've ever recorded."

He continues, "A lot of people go, 'He's serious now!' Well, I'm 40 years old now. I'm growing with the music, my band, everything, and this record definitely has some experimenting with different sounds and things. The sense of humor is still always there, but maybe not as campy as it's always been, and sometimes that comes off more serious."
