So the internet isn't just about crazy Russians, cats and porn. On occasion you might actually learn something. Of course speaking for myself it's not only occasionally but accidentally! Every now and then I'll be scrolling through articles and videos when something pops up out of the blue on a completely different subject and of course I have to click it. Well it just happened again!

For years I've been told it's not really a good thing when you pop or crack your knuckles and joints. Some people, even doctors have said it can cause arthritis and other bone and joint disorders. It may be true,  but the science and facts behind those statements hasn't been 100% verified. The one thing I always wondered is where does the sound come from? Is it bone, tendons, air? What causes the crunching sound when you pop your joints? Well I guess I finally have an answer.
