We men are simple. Give us a patch of green grass, and a patio to sit on, and we're pretty content. But once in a while, you'll want to add something to the recipe for a nice evening out. In this case, it's a birdbath. Here are the simple steps to ensure it's done right.

1. You'll notice we have a concrete pad. It needs to be level.
2. Construction adhesive comes in really handy. While caulk will work, we went for a concrete adhesive. That is a biggie for when the wind comes sweeping down the plains.
3. Assemble, making sure you're centered from the pillar, to the bowl. Be generous with that adhesive.
4. Fill it up, pop in a mosquito/waterborne bug tablet, then sit back and admire your handiwork.

Total time, about 15 minutes... But expect to spend a lot more time finding that one birdbath that says "mine."
