Rumors of one of the biggest reunions in Red Dirt music history have been confirmed. Next year, Oklahoma's own Cross Canadian Ragweed will be getting together one more time for at least one show, along with a few other incredibly influential artists in Red Dirt music.

On April 12, 2025, Cross Canadian Ragweed will be playing at the Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma. "The Boys From Oklahoma" concert will also feature prominent Red Dirt bands: The Great Divide, The Turnpike Troubadours, Jason Boland and the Stragglers and Stoney LaRue.

The presale for the tickets starts on October 7, 2024 and public on-sale tickets start on October 11th.

Are They Back Together For Good?

The "one night only" sign on the presale page says this concert may be the only once in a decade opportunity; but, as of now, there is no confirmation if the band is officially back together for a longer stint. Not much about the reunion has been released, besides Canada's comments stating that:

"I think that everybody should have a little nostalgia in their life.  So, let’s get together, and let’s make sure that we sound really good, and let’s make people smile. Let’s make ourselves smile, and let’s make McClure and Jason and Stoney and the Turnpike boys smile too." -Cody Canada, Saving Country Music

There's no doubt that this show will be one of the biggest that Oklahoma has seen yet, judging by the reactions coming from fans all over the internet.

Fans React To The Announcement

The confirmation is fairly new and people are still hearing about it, but those that have seen it are already making plans.

Some people are still in doubt since the rumor has been circulating for so long. To be fair, it HAS been 15 years since they've been together.

@mama_pair This is a video from an old Kolby Cooper concert, it is the first one I found, but I’m still patiently waiting for Cross Canadian Ragweed to announce their return!!! #CapCut #CrossCanadianRagweed #CCR #Concert #shemissesragweed #Koe #KolbyCooper ♬ Alabama - Cross Canadian Ragweed

Be prepared to pay the prettiest penny for the best seats in the house. Something tells me this show, being as highly anticipated as it is, won't be an easy one to get the front row seats to. Place your bets now if it will be as pricey as the Eras tour.
