Oklahoma State Fair Releases This Year’s Theme
Even though the Oklahoma State Fair isn't until September this year, they like to get a jump on sharing the big news with the rest of the state. The State Fair in Oklahoma City released this year's theme: "Eat. Ride. Repeat." This year, it's all about the food, the rides and the chance to enjoy all of the state fair's experiences more than just one time.
Last year's theme for the Oklahoma State Fair was "Let's Go Again," a seemingly similar theme to this year's idea. However, this year's theme might indicate some new features that could be on the way, like new rides or new unique fair foods or vendors.
Now that they've announced the theme for the year, fair lovers can expect more news about this year's Oklahoma State Fair as the weeks go on. The closer we get to September, the more we'll hear of different events, opportunities and changes they've made to this year's fair.
Events leading up to the annual Oklahoma State Fair throughout the year.
The state fair might not happen until September, but the fairgrounds host a variety of contests and competitions leading up to the main events later in the year. For example, the annual wine competition registration opens up June 1. Based off of last year's timeline, winners will be chosen for the competition well before September.
Other competition information has not yet been updated, but things have only just started with this year's event information being released.

Last year's look was very comic-book, superhero-esque. So many of the decorations and events were tailored towards the look. What do you think this year's look will be? Send us your guesses below.
