Apply To Volunteer, Be A Vendor or Bring A Food Truck

Open Streets is not just a fun day in the downtown streets of Lawton (blocked off from traffic, of course), but it's also a chance to showcase unique businesses and food trucks in the area. They are currently taking applications for vendors, food trucks and volunteers for the event, as well. To apply, click here.

This year, they committee planning Open Streets are expecting to have an art contest, story walk, and an abundance of healthy activities like giant board games and a glow run. They also include bicycle rodeos, lazer tag, fitness demos and more. All of these things are aiming to get Lawton's people out and active for the weekend.

Previous Years' Experiences - What To Expect

In the past, the Spring Open Streets event has been a big deal for southwest Oklahoma. The first year alone, there were over 60 organizations and over 3,500 attendees. Every year, the expectations get higher and higher.
