It's the second annual Woofstock Festival in Medicine Park, Oklahoma. On Saturday, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the tiny town just outside of the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge will be alive with music, vendors and-- of course - ALL the pets! This year, the festival will be dedicated towards all the dads out there for Father's Day weekend.

Woofstock isn't just your ordinary music festival. While they'll have constant local artists playing a variety of country, rock, americana and other genres, they'll also have several pet-related vendors. Obviously, it's pet friendly! Or, if you're ready for a new one or your very first pet, they'll have a ton of animals in need of a new home.

This year's pet vendor line up is pretty huge! They'll have pet massages, chiropractic work, pet blessing, a play area for the pets, pet portraits and many other activities for animals there. On top of the things for animals to enjoy, there's obviously plenty for the pet owners to do, including the best Dog Dad contest in honor of Fathers Day.

The music festival that can give you your date, you don't have to bring one.

Many folks spoke highly of last year's event, including Karla Warren, who found her "furever pup" at last year's festival.

That's just one success story that we're hoping to hear more of since Oklahoma is continuing to struggle with getting adoptable animals out of the door. But, if there's fun involved, usually it's better to have someone to do it with right? And since Oklahoma's single rate has gone up since last year, chances are: you'll want someone there to enjoy the time with you!

Why start another relationship? Just bring someone home who can mess up your bed, keep you entertained for years and stay by your side no matter how many whole pizzas you eat. Check out more details about adoptable animals at the 2025 Woofstock Festival here.
