Free Comic Book Day

If you showed up at Carolina Comics on Saturday afternoon (05-05-12) I'm sure you had a good time. It was National 'Free Comic Book Day' which happens on the first Saturday of May each year. Mark your calendars for 2013 I'm already looking forward to it! Z94 was there broadcasting live and even got an exclusive interview with Captain America!

We can all thank Joe Field of Flying Colors Comics in Concord, CA for coming up with this ideal back in 2002 as a way to promote and get more people interested in comics.
