You've probably heard all the rumors and stories online and elsewhere, well it's true. A petition has been filed by an Oklahoma cannabis advocacy group named ORCA (Oklahoman's for Responsible Cannabis Action) to legalize recreational marijuana for adults 21 and over.

It's one of mankind's most troubling questions, not to mention complaints. "Why are hotdogs sold in packages of ten and hotdog buns in a package of eight?" This question has plagued and puzzled us for years, maybe since the very beginning of man's recorded history. However, it's looking like we might actually see hotdogs and buns sold in even quantities...FINALLY!

Yesterday (09-28-20) the Oklahoma Supreme Court struck down a petition that could have legalized recreational marijuana. The petition if it collected enough signatures would have placed State Question 813 on the November 8th 2022 ballot. With a majority vote State Question 813 would have legalized recreational marijuana in the state for anyone 18 years of age or older. It would have also imposed a 25% tax on all sales.
