With Hollywood focused on the Oscars, this was one of the dullest box office weekends in recent memory, with each of the new releases arriving with a shrug, last week's champions plummeting and 'Identity Thief' climbing back to the top of the chart.

This week, two new flicks hit theaters. The first is a spooky thriller about a family terrorized by a mysterious force, while the other is an action tale about a father determined to save his son.

'Snitch' begins when middle-class 18 year old Jason (Rafi Gavron) agrees to accept a giant box of ecstasy tablets sent to him via FedEx from a dumbass friend. Now he's facing a harsh mandatory minimum sentence unless he gives up another name to the Feds. Problem is, the one guy he knows in the drug trade is the one who snitched on him, so he's got no room to negotiate. But not so fast - his father

The brand-new 'Snitch' trailer, set to debut during the 2013 Super Bowl this Sunday, has come early. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson stars in this upcoming action flick as a father willing to put his life on the line to clear his son's name, and now you can check out an early look at the new footage.

Dwayne Johnson has got a busy 2013. 'Snitch' is his first film of the year, which will be followed by 'G.I. Joe: Retaliation,' then 'Pain and Gain,' and finally this summer's 'Fast Six.' And though 'Snitch' might be the least interesting of the four, it's got a good hook, as the latest trailer emphasizes.
