Every March 17 we are greeted with the traditions of wearing green, parades, corned beef and cabbage, and someone inevitably using the wrong abbreviation for St. Patrick's Day.

As Clint Eastwood said in Dirty Harry: "You've got to ask yourself one question. Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya' punk?" Oklahoma could sure use a little luck of the Irish this St. Patrick's Day. A new survey from Zippa.com ranks Oklahoma as one of the unluckiest states in the U.S. As a matter of fact it's number 3 in the top 10 list of the unluckiest states according to the website. The survey ranks all 50 states and how they compare when it comes to pure dumb luck. The top and bottom of the list may surprise you.
