I’m a sucker for themed food and drinks, especially when it comes to movies. I once cooked a Louisiana-style feast with a friend around ‘Beasts of the Southern Wild,’ served hamburgers and Sunny-D for a group screening of ‘Juno,’ and crepes for one of ‘Midnight in Paris.’ So it only made sense that I jumped at the opportunity to check out the new Tim Burton-themed restaurant with a group of fellow film writers on Monday night.

‘Batman’ was a big enough moment in popular culture that, at one time, a perfectly reasonable sophomore in high school wanted to permanently attach a logo from a movie onto his only mode of transportation. Apparently if Tim Burton says 'Beetlejuice 2' enough times, it'll actually happen ... Rumors have long been circling about a potential 'Beetlejuice 2,' most of them coming from the original director, who's been vocal about a sequel. Well, as crazy as it might sound, Burton is actually in talks now to join the project for Warner Bros.

Tim Burton's 'Frankenweenie' opens tomorrow, and we've already seen and reviewed it. Our Jordan Hoffman said that it has "craft dancing all over the screen (Mr. Rzykruski’s mouth!), but the scenario and the writing is all very safe." But though we were mixed on it, perhaps this new featurette and clip will get you excited.

"Your dog is Aliiiiiive!" Surely you've heard the soundbyte from 'Frankenweenie.' A hunched-over, snaggle-toothed, black and white Edgar "E" Gore, mischief in his eyes and a half-assed Peter Lorre in his voice. It's spooky and it's ooky and it's either the type of thing that you find really played-out or brings a tickle to your heart.
