They all have their pros and cons but which grill type is most popular in Oklahoma? Is it charcoal, propane, wood pellet, or maybe smokers? Take the quick poll and let us know what you think is best.
Each grill has it's own pros and cons. Obviously charcoal takes more time but has better flavor. Propane is quick, gets the job done fast and evenly. Wood pellet has superior flavor, like charcoal it takes more time but it removes the typical charcoal and lighter fluid flavors that can be a problem with some meats.
Science bitch! TWI Technologies released a cool video showing the effects of linear friction welding of wood. For whatever reason I find this interesting if not satisfying to watch. Maybe I'm just weird, but if I had the time and money you'd find me knee deep in a pile of wood shavings in a shop somewhere welding pieces of wood together!
