Much as we love the recent 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' season 9 teasers that so artfully chronicle the September 4 move from FX to FXX, it was high time for some actual footage, no? Well, true to living, drinking, and snorting to excess, the gang has returned with not one, but 10 Flip-adelphian new promos for the new season starting in September!

Among the footage gleamed from the season 9 promo set, we saw a good chunk of an episode already familiar to Comic-Con 2013 attendees in "The Gang Broke Dee," wherein the titular bird becomes horrifically depressed after years of abuse and the gang's hands. Elsewhere, it seems Charlie and Mac get high on gun control, while Frank gets himself stuck in playground equipment, as one does.

Among the multiple storylines we’ve heard teased in interviews and at Comic-Con, ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ season 9 also includes guest appearances from actor Seann William Scott, and singer Josh Groban. ‘Game of Thrones‘ showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss have written an episode, though the story of “Flowers for Charlie” won’t have anything to do with the HBO series itself, instead parodying “Flowers for Algernon.”

We're less than a month away from the 'Always Sunny' season 9 premiere, so check out the full set of promos above and below, and tell us what you want to see from the gang this year in the comments!
