As if the warm temps weren't the cue, sinking trees signifies that it's time to get back on the water.

Now I'm sure there are a few year-round-warriors that hit the lake every single day, but that's not in the cards for the majority of people. The only better thing the Wildlife Department could have done is map these structures out like they do on other lakes around the state... but then you'd just have a pile of anglers all angling the same parts of the lake... Where's the fun in that?

Tom Steed is just West of Lawton, North of Snyder... or in Okie terms, it's about an hour West-ish. Get out and explore this year. You never know what you'll turn up.
