Is Entertainment the Answer to Pedestrian Safety? [VIDEO]

Admit it, nobody pays attention to the crosswalk walk/don't walk sign. This town is doing what it can to solve it. A little entertainment goes a long way.

It's ok to admit, if there's a gap in traffic, and there's no impressionable child hanging on my arm, I'll cross when I'm not suppose to. Rebellion, I know. While some may call it illegal to cross when the 'don't walk' sign is lit, the courts tend to abide by the 'pedestrian has the right of way' argument.
