Simply put, Prong are on a creative roll. Beginning with 2012's Carved in Stone, the band has kept their fans in a rather consistent state of enjoying new music and that will continue in 2017 with the Zero Days album.

Since Carved Into Stone arrived, the band has issued the original albums Ruining Lives and X (No Absolutes), a covers disc titled Songs From the Black Hole and a the Unleashed in the West: Live in Berlin concert release. Zero Days continues the band's momentum with Tommy Victor and his band's penchant for riff-heavy rock and killer grooves.

Victor co-produced the collection with Chris Collier. Speaking about the disc, Victor states, “I must say a lot of effort was put into this new Zero Days recording. From the minute I would get off tour, I would consolidate ideas from the road and form new ones. Again the focus was on creating good songs. We wanted this record to be modern as well as holding justice to all the previous releases."

He continued, "Again and maybe even more than normally I went crazy meticulous with the lyrics. I had built up a lot to say and I wanted to articulate them in the most intelligent way possible.I firmly believe the mission was accomplished all around. We are really pleased with the performances on this record, as well. It's a solid outing. We have the anthems, the bangers, the thrashers, the grooves, everything that makes up a Prong record. It's definitely a record to listen to start to finish!!”

Zero Days will be available in standard CD, 2LP + CD, digital and streaming formats. Look for the album arriving July 28 via Steamhammer/SPV. Check out the track listing and artwork for Zero Days below.
