In case you hadn’t heard, the new ‘Avengers 2’ trailer is here. If you haven’t yet, you should watch it—it’s quite entertaining. If you have already, good you’re in the right place. We’ve gone through this trailer a few times and pulled out some of the more interesting elements to dissect and discuss. We’re not literally going to screencap every single moment (no one needs to see a shot of Tony Stark walking with our commentary of, “Here’s Tony Stark walking…”), just the ones that need highlighting and could reveal some things about the secrets of ‘Avengers 2’. Just a little while after we reported the awesome news that Tom Hiddleston's Loki will be featured prominently in both 'Thor: Ragnarok' and both parts of 'Avengers: Infinity War,' we have another 'Avengers' and 'Thor'-related bit of news for you: Idris Elba has confirmed that not only will he be making an appearance in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron,' but so will the mischief-making Loki.

Awhile ago, Mark Ruffalo let slip that the cast of 'Age of Ultron' would be making their way to Comic-Con 2014's Hall H for an 'Avengers 2' panel, and they did not disappoint.

Even though 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' won't hit screens until 2015, the casting process is under way and Joss Whedon is looking for his Wanda Maximoff -- also known as The Scarlet Witch -- for the upcoming movie. Previously Saoirse Ronan was the top contender, but it appears she's passed and that the part may have been offered to Elizabeth Olsen.

When Joss Whedon announced he was adding two new characters to 'Avengers 2' in the brother/sister team of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, fans couldn't help but immediately start speculating who would be cast as the new additions to the team. Previously, we reported that Irish actress Saoirse Ronan was the top choice for Scarlet Witch and now we know who Whedon and Marvel have their eye on to play

Earlier this week, 'Avengers 2' director Joss Whedon hinted that in the upcoming sequel "there will definitely be some people that will shake up." So just who are these new additions to the 'Avengers' movie? 'Avengers 2' doesn't hit theaters for over two years but that doesn't mean we can't start looking forward to the biggest sequel in modern movie history. With 'Thor 2,' 'Guardians of the Galaxy' and 'Captain America 2' all filming this year, a start of production on 'Avengers 2' can't be that far off and now we know when it will begin.

Hugo Weaving was fantastic as villain Red Skull in 'Captain America,' and the end of the movie left his future in the Marvel movie-verse uncertain, leaving us excited about his possible return. And now that return is seeming less likely, as Weaving says he's not interested in reprising the role.
