I was scrolling through Facebook Marketplace over the Arctic weekend and saw the water slides from a Southwestern Oklahoma defunct waterpark are listed for sale again.

Everything Must Go!

According to the ad, all of the attractions at the Comanche Nation Waterpark are now for sale to the highest bidder on Facebook.

If it's able to be unbolted or cut from the concrete, it's for sale... at least according to the ad... but there's a bit of room to call shenanigans.

Is it real?

That's the question, ain't it?

While there are a few tell-tale scammer red flags in the post--the attempted phone number, sense of urgency, relatively new profile--it seems this might actually be a real listing for CNWaterpark's slides.

All the same, you can be the judge for yourself.

Marketplace listings for the waterpark have gone up, been taken down, and republished a few times now over the last couple of months. Not sure if the business side of waterslide selling is that fast and loose, or if Facebook is on-point with consumer protections, but it's a weird thing to come across on social media.

Unique Things to Do in Oklahoma City

There is no shortage of things to do in OKC. While there are a handful of things everyone knows about--OKC Zoo, Myriad Gardens, Bricktown, etc-- there are even more lesser-known places to experience one-of-a-kind Oklahomaness. Some things cost a little money, others are completely free, but it's all fun for the whole family.
