NFL Player Delivers the Cheapest Shot of the Year! [VIDEO]

This has to be one of, if not the cheapest shot in the NFL this year! During last Sunday's match-up of the Tennessee Titans and Baltimore Ravens, tight end Chase Coffman of the Titans appears to deliberately run over a Ravens assistant coach on the sidelines. While accidents happen, this looks more like an attack.

The video quality isn't that great, more than likely someone's phone captured the incident but it clear shows Coffman running the coach over. Was it on purpose? Well it certainly looks that way, of course Coffman and the Tennessee Titans organization says it was an accident. We so he's being fined $30,000.00 by the league. I could be wrong, but it looks deliberate to me. What do you think?
