Fans were a bit disappointed when Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes did not have the legendary Big Boss sneaking around Camp Omega in his trusty cardboard box.

During Gamescom, Kojima unveiled a new gameplay mechanic for the cardboard box and it has some improvements from when we saw it last.

Kojima plans to show off more gameplay mechanics for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain later today (8/13/14).

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released on the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. So far no release date has been announced, however Kojima has hinted a late 2014 release on his Twitter.
