I just found out that Oklahoma legislators are trying to get the NRA (National Rifle Association) to move their headquarters to Oklahoma. They're already planning to move their incorporation status from New York to Texas sometime soon. They're also considering relocating the NRA HQ from Fairfax, VA. to a more gun friendly city and state.
The Oklahoma House of Representatives just passed House Bill 2588 which would allow teachers, administrators and other school personnel to carry firearms on school campuses. The new bill would require that they possess a valid handgun license and met other requirements and criteria set forth by the board of education in their respective districts. HB 2588 passed the house by a (79-19) vote and will now head to the Senate.
Oklahoma could become the next entry into the growing list of 2nd Amendment sanctuary states. Across the country more and more states are introducing legislation to uphold the 2nd Amendment and refuse any additional gun control measures from Federal, state, county and even local governments. This would mean that the state of Oklahoma wouldn't adhere to, or enforce, any new gun control measures such as bans, buy backs, capacity limits or other restrictions that may be introduced in the future.
Oklahoma has ranked in the top 20 for the most firearms purchased in 2020. An historic number of firearms were bought and sold last year, more so than any other year in history. We're talking about roughly 21 million plus firearms according to the totals provided by the most recent FBI data and NICS (National Instant Criminal Background Check System). The next highest year for gun sales was set back in 2016 at close to 16 million. The spike was caused primarily due to the possibility of further gun control efforts by the Federal Government including an assault weapons and high capacity magazine ban.
This poor kid just had his Christmas completely ruined by an anti-gun bad mall Santa. Of course this would happen in 2020 one of the worst years in recorded history and for this kid it just got a lot worse.
Nerf war is hell! Watch as this dad unloads on his two kids with a Nerf machine gun. It's all fun and games until the Nerf bullets start flying and the kids attempt to take cover. What makes it even better is the slow motion action and cut ins with the Platoon movie. I laughed a little too hard at this one.
The only thing better than having a firearm with one barrel is having one with eight! Behold the Tippman Armory 9mm gatling gun in all it's wondrous glory. I never realized until now how much I need one of these in my life.
