Week one for the NFL is in the books and for some it was an un-welcomed return. There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the NFL with the National Anthem protests and other social justice demonstrations that are taking place within the league. Some are boycotting the NFL and refuse to tune in. Others are accepting of what's happening and still others are watching but disagree with the all protests, or at least the venue.

It doesn't look like the Rangers will be playing, but it looks like World Series baseball will be played in Arlington.

If you can't get tickets to be at the games you can always tune in and watch great local and area high school football using your phone, tablet, laptop or even your large screen smart T.V. and the best part is...IT'S FREE! You can watch Lawton High, MacArthur and Eisenhower football games, plus other schools and sports!

We all wish we could be at the AAC cheering on the Stars. Well we can, but the Stars won't be there.

This past weekend the wife and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary by making a trip to OKC to visit the FNA Firehouse and Midwest Street Cars. If you watch Street Outlaws on Discovery Channel you know exactly what I'm talking about. We're both BIG FANS of the 405 and couldn't think of a better way to spend the day together. I'm a lucky, lucky man.

It’s been nice to have Major League Baseball back over the last few days, but the season could already be in jeopardy following the Miami Marlins’ recent COVID-19 outbreak.
