With a little planning, the proper permits, and some hefty DIY muscle, this little garage apartment is completely liveable.

Now, the detached garage isn't something you find all over Lawton. Normally, it's only found near downtown in some of the really old houses. But, as the ridiculous trend of converting the attached garage is still alive and kicking in L-Town, you might as well make some money back with your property!

Consider the benefits. Even if you don't want to rent it out, you can use this as a map to an epic man-cave.
