Nonpoint are getting their ducks in a row as they plan to take the next step in their musical career. The band has just inked a new deal with Metal Blade Records that will serve as their label home everywhere but in North America.
There are already quite a few rock festivals scheduled for the spring and early summer, but the Operation Rock Festival is the one that stands out for its commitment to the military men and women who serve our country. The event, which features headliners Pop Evil and Nonpoint, will take place June 21 in Fredericksburg, Va.
The road can be grueling, and Nonpoint's Elias Soriano is a little worse for wear at this point. The band called off a recent performance in Savannah, Ga. and have a few more days off before playing again, which may give the singer enough time to recover from a back injury.
All That Remains will chew up a lot of pavement in the coming months, as the band has just announced a Western U.S trek that will precede all of their festival touring this spring. The group will have an alternating list of support acts on the run, with Hellyeah and Nonpoint playing a majority of the tour, and In This Moment subbing in on select dates.
It’s almost here! Florida metallers Nonpoint have wrapped on their record sessions for the band’s yet untitled seventh studio album, with the array of heavy sounds currently being mixed.
A new force in metal combines the talents of Drowning Pool and Nonpoint. The new supergroup, Voodoo Corps, consists of Drowning Pool guitarist C.J. Pierce and drummer Mike Luce along with former Nonpoint members Zach Broderick on guitar and Ken MacMillan on bass.
