A speech given by Jack Webb who played Sergent Joe Friday on the T.V. show Dragnet. This was done back in '68 and it's just as true today as it was back then. Every generation thinks they have it worse than the last, or feel that the generation prior to them screwed everything up. It's a great speech and show the progress we've made and the need to improve and make more changes.
