For a very long time, vinyl lovers have known that the best way to deep clean a record is brushing wood glue into every groove, and pulling micro-dirt and dust away... But did you know you can technically play it?

I say technically, because in the video above, this isn't a wood glue cast of a record... it's of a master pressing platter. Odds are, if you do this with a record, it's not going to come out sounding anything like music. That's because you'd be inverting the groove, like a little mountain, and your needle would be bouncing between two different tracks at the same time.

Still, if you pick up some master pressings online (there are millions out there relatively cheap) you too can manufacture wood glue records.

It's not as cool as playing music on a tortilla, but still pretty cool.
