Steve Byrne is a licensed psychologist in private practice and a tenured faculty member in counseling at Alfred University. He has taught the course The Psychology of Heavy Metal and Punk Rock, which might be the only class to ever see Ghost on a field trip. In his spare time, he tries (and fails) to impress his wife and kids with 90’s music trivia and random thoughts about bands they haven’t heard of.
