deadCetner Film Festival has been named ‘one of the top 20 coolest movie festivals in the world’ – it’s main focus is to promote independent filmmakers and their movies. The unusual name comes due to the geographical location of the festival – downtown Oklahoma City, or also the ‘dead center of the United States.’
