Godsmack got their start just prior to the 21st century, but there is no denying the impact they've had on hard rock music during this millennium. The Boston-area rockers continually bring a blend of heavy, percussive and guitar-driven music, while also being able to explore more haunting and occasionally acoustic works which also tend to hit their mark.

Starting with their self-titled debut all the way through to present, Godsmack have been one of the most consistently solid bands in rock, while also garnering enough of a fan base to push three straight albums to the top of the charts.
