
Learn About Advance Care Planning At CCMH Lunch In Lawton, Oklahoma
It's never too early to make a plan! And Comanche County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) in Lawton, Oklahoma, wants to help residents with advance care planning by offering an informative discussion about Decisions That Matter during a lunch and learn on Thursday, April 24.
The hospital will host a lunch and learn that will feature a panel of "doctors, nurses, case managers and chaplains about the importance of advance care planning and how to document your wishes and discuss them with family."
The lunch and learn will take place at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, April 24 in the hospital's Oakwood Conference Room. Cost to attend is $15 per meal and RSVPs should be made by Friday, April 18. RSVPs can be made by calling 580-585-5406.
Day of Giving at Jersey Mike's Subs raised over $13,000 for CCMH Foundation.
Townsquare Media Lawton partnered with the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Foundation and Jersey Mike's Subs for Day of Giving on March 26 this year. One hundred percent of all purchases that day at Jersey Mike's Subs went to the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Foundation to benefit the foundation's Starlight Unit, which is the only Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in southwest Oklahoma.
The numbers are in and $13,500 was raised for the foundation's Starlight Unit! This money will go directly towards helping babies and mothers who are cared for in the Starlight Unit.

Townsquare Media Lawton donated an awesome live auction item, which was a concert package that included tickets to see Cross Canadian Ragweed and Lainey Wilson. The whole gala raised $350,000 for the foundation's Starlight Unit!
