Love him or hate him Kid Rock is a good dude. His music and politics have made him popular to some and unpopular to others. But one things for certain, he knows how to treat his fans and goes out of his way to help others. He recently made a fan's Birthday wish come true by showing up at his party and with presents!

I guess Kid Rock found out about him by videos he submitted wanting to meet the American Badass. The fan has down syndrome and has wanted to meet Kid Rock for a very long time. He's been to several of his shows and couldn't believe he showed up at his Birthday party. This will be a day he'll never forget!
