Top-seeded Louisville continued on its march to the Final Four by beating Oregon on Friday.

Russ Smith scored 31 points, and top-seeded Louisville beat 12th-seeded Oregon, 77-69, in the 2013 NCAA tournament's Midwest Regional semifinals in Indianapolis on Friday night. Breaking out to a double-digit lead early, the Cardinals won their 13th straight game by staving off a late Oregon rally that cut the lead to six points with just a few minutes to play. Louisville advanced and will play Duke in the Midwest Regional final on Sunday. E.J. Singler scored 15 points to lead the Ducks.
