Breaking out to a double-digit lead early, the Cardinals won their 13th straight game by staving off a late Oregon rally that cut the lead to six points with just a few minutes to play. Louisville advanced and will play Duke in the Midwest Regional final on Sunday. E.J. Singler scored 15 points to lead the Ducks.
