Memphis May Fire are back with a new energetic track “The Old Me,” which is featured on their upcoming Broken. The Dallas-based rockers will release their sixth album on Nov. 16. See the track list below.

Vocalist Matty Mullins said the band’s new song “The Old Me” is about his “struggle with anxiety and depression.” He explains, “What feels like a war between good and evil, loathing the person I become mentally when it consumes me, and trying to remember what life was like before I lived with the symptoms. Ultimately hoping to one day become that person – ‘The Old Me’ – again.”

In the catchy chorus, Mullins sings: “Say it again, say it again / Tell me what I wanna hear / Tell me that I’m gonna be fine and there’s nothing left to fear / Cause I’ve been losing sleep / Trying to get back to who I used to be / Where is the old me?”

Broken will arrive on Nov. 16. It is the follow-up to the band’s 2016 album, This Light I Hold. Fans can pre-order the effort here.

Memphis May fire have also announced a fall tour with Atreyu and Ice Nine Kills, which kicks off in Phoenix, Ariz. on Nov. 9. See all dates below.
