“A new era has begun,” stated Palaye Royale on social media, introducing their new single and music video for the track “Fucking With My Head.”

Though the band has yet to officially announce their next studio album, the video for “Fucking With My Head” has arrived. The clip, directed by Jude Aotik & Bryce Wandling, finds the trio milling about some pretty nice digs while feeling a bit of the animosity of the song title.

The video contains several hidden symbols taken from a chapter of the Neoutopian Graphic Novel that drummer and artist, Emerson Barrett has written and designed along with artist XOBillie to accompany this next chapter. Watch the clip below.

Earlier this month, it appeared as though the band had leaked the title of their new single, as singer Remington Leith referred to a song called “Nervous Breakdown.” However, “Fucking With My Head” arrived first, with "Nervous Breakdown" expected to follow now. The band has been working on new music of late, following up their similarly titled first two albums, Boom Boom Room (Side A) and Boom Boom Room (Side B). The band reportedly had a surplus of material for the new album, while some of the tracks may have already been played live.

"A lot of them might not make it, but at least we're introducing a new style and aggression in our music that wasn't [there] with Side A and Side B," guitarist Sebastian Danzig explained in a recent interview. "The fans have got a little insight into it, but also we've been hiding a lot, which has been nice. There's probably over now 30 songs we're up to on this record. So now it's like deciding exactly which direction we want to take."

Look for the band hitting the road next month, opening for Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson stateside. Dates for the run, which starts July 9, can be found here.
