SH Figuarts Teases Yoshi Figure with a Stop Motion Luigi Movie

Watch one of the greatest stop motion movies ever made in the Mushroom Kingdom.

Bandai Japan has just posted a video on its official YouTube channel that features its SH Figuarts line of action figures. This stop motion video focuses on the SH Figuarts Luigi figure running through a room and uses the toy's accessories to recreate a Super Mario Bros-like environment. The video starts off with Luigi coming to life and chasing a mushroom. Just imagine how much time the creators of this video spent while making each shot frame-by-frame. Even watching the goombas run back and forth looked well done.

The Luigi SH Figuarts figure launches later this month in Japan. Luigi comes with extra hands, a red turtle shell, a stand and a block.  There is also an accessory pack coming out that includes a warp pipe, a pirahnna plant, and more. You can pre-order the Luigi figure here.
