The FCC has strict rules on indecency stating ‘that it’s the network responsibility to give a fair warning to the viewer when such indecency should occur’ – one little problem though – most of the time networks had no idea what a celeb. might say or not say.

The Supreme Court ruled today that networks are OK to broadcast instances of curse words and partial nudity.

Lawyers for ABC and FOX argued before the Supreme Court that the FCC rules were outdated and that the networks shouldn’t be treated any differently than any other media outlet.

The Supreme Court agreed. Do you agree with the Supreme Court’s decision?
