Death Angel will release their first disc in three years when they unveil ‘The Dream Calls for Blood’ on Oct. 11. Coinciding with the release, the band is plotting a monster tour in support of the album, taking their new music out on the road with some awesome bands.
Metallica's Kirk Hammett is making the rounds showing off his 'Too Much Horror Business - The Kirk Hammett Collection' book of horror memorabilia, but during a stop in San Francisco to promote his page-turner, he worked in some music for those in attendance as well. Hammett welcomed Death Angel as guest performers at the event and joined them for a set.
The Brazilian metal thrashers in Sepultura are gearing up for a North America tour with Bay Area legends Death Angel and support from Krisiun and Havok dubbed the ‘Relentless Worldwide’ tour.
Last night, Feb. 8, in New York City, Anthrax, Testament and Death Angel closed out their awesome thrash trek at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square. This tour was truly a thrashers paradise, bringing together a lineup of legendary acts which for many can rival the excitement for a ‘Big 4′ show.
