It was another exciting week in college football with some big games in the SEC, wild shootouts in the Big 12, record-setting performances in the PAC-12, some close calls for ranked teams and Collin Klein showing us why he’s now very much in the Heisman mix. Here are all the highlights from this week in the Top 25.

For most teams, we’ve reached the halfway point of the regular season and the conference title races are starting to take shape. Last week gave us exciting finishes and monster upsets, and we’ve got another good slate of games this week with three big games between ranked teams and 11 ranked teams playing on the road. The Rose Bowl between #5 Oregon and #10 Wisconsin was expected to be a shootout, and the two teams lived up to the hype in the highest scoring Rose Bowl in history. Oregon running back De’Anthony Thomas had just two carries, but made them count on touchdown runs of 91 and 64 yards and the Ducks scored 10 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to secure a 45-38 victory.

While most of the BCS drama focused on the final poll and whether Alabama or Oklahoma State should face LSU in the championship game, the Sugar Bowl was not without its own share of controversy.
