It's a blast from the past! Did you know that Oklahoma is home to one of the biggest and best toy and action figure museums in the US? It's located in Pauls Valley, OK. and it's only a short hour and a half road trip away from Lawton, Fort Sill.
Santa may be running a little behind this year. As we approach the 2021 holiday season there's a real concern about a possible toy shortage across the U.S. due to all the supply chain delays, disruptions, and backlog.
I dunno if anyone else follows Play-Doh on Facebook but you should cause they're doing some serious damage control pic.twitter.com/TooleS5PgE

Thank goodness I don't have kids because I would have been laughing if my kid pulled this out of their new Play-doh box.
Damn it, I want one! If these are ever available to purchase I'll have one running around the Z94 studios. Hopefully I can teach it to attack and bite the ankles of my co-workers, or even the boss! Meet Boomer the toy robot dinosaur.
Thanks to all of you this past week the stations of Townsquare Media Lawton: Z94, KLAW 101 and My 107.3 along with Jim Glover Chevrolet, Wal-Mart and the Lawton Firefighters Association managed to collect 301 new bicycles and 2 truck loads of toys to help needy families with children this holiday season. There's gonna be some really happy kids in Lawton, Fort Sill come Christmas morning!
